Are you available to serve your customers?

Scripture: Why was there no man when I came? When I called, why was there none to answer?(Isaiah 50:2).

Today’s Thought: Are you too busy managing your business to spend time with your customers? It’s easy to get caught up in the urgency of duties and responsibilities and forget about the person who ultimately pays your wages: your customer. If you don’t have time for customer service, you need to reassess your priorities. Either delegate some of your work or hire another person to take it on, but don’t neglect your customers. They need and deserve your personal attention. Nothing is more frustrating than not receiving an answer to a problem. Be available to talk, answer your phone, respond to letters and E-mails, and don’t hide from customers who have complaints. Treat every complaint as an opportunity to improve your service and solidify your customer relationships.

Serve your customers well and your business will prosper.

He who shuts his eyes will have many curses (Proverbs 28:27).

If you don’t have time for customer service, you need to reassess your priorities.
