Have you ever gotten into trouble because you misunderstood your boss’s instructions and were afraid

Scripture: Through presumption comes nothing but strife, but with those who receive counsel is wisdom (Proverbs 13:10).

Today’s Thought: When we are given instructions, we are responsible for making sure we understand. Follow these simple steps to make sure you’ve got the whole pictures: (1) Listen carefully to your manager’s instructions, (2) repeat back your understanding of the requirements, and (3) clarify any points that are not clear.

Getting the facts straight from the beginning will prevent a costly error down the road and enhance your business career.
